What Happens During A VelaShape Procedure?

• You fill out a brief medical history, which is evaluated by a VelaShape Specialist.
• The area is cleansed to remove any debris.
• A small or large handpiece touches the treatment site, depending on if you are having cellulite reduction or circumference reduction. A VelaShape spray is applied before and during treatment.
• The energy can be decreased to make treatment comfortable and effective for all skin types. Most clients describe the procedure as a comfortable and relaxing deep tissue massage, followed by a deep heating sensation beneath their skin.
• A procedure can take as little as 20 minutes or up to 1 hour, depending on the size and number of zones treated.
• All treatments are performed by a Physician Supervised VelaShape Specialist.
• For your safety, this office uses gloves on all clients and follows Universal Precautions.
• For maximum results, treatments are performed at 1-week intervals for each zone, and maintance at 1-month, 6 week, 8 week, and 3 month periods.
