How Does Sublative RF Work?
Radio Frequency Energy (RF) produces tiny Matrix spots which allow the energy to be absorbed into the skin. With the treatment, you may notice new collagen and healthy skin cells forming. Sublative RF produces noticeable reduction in wrinkles and skin texture, with minimal downtime.

Is Sublative RF Safe?
The Sublative RF is a FDA approved device which is safe and effective for all skin types and colors. This procedure requires down-time, you can return to normal activities within a couple of days following the treatment.

What Areas Of The Body Can Be Treated?
Sublative RF can be performed on the face, around the eyes and lips, glabella, and neck. 

How Long Will It Take To Notice Results?
Most clients see improvement of the treated area following the first treatment, after the healing time. The skins surface will appear tighter, firmer and smoother. Results with the Sublative RF will be most apparent 6-8 weeks following the final treatment. However, the total number of treatments required depends on your skins condition.

How Often Do I Come In For Sublative RF Treatments?
Most treatments are performed at 4 week intervals.

How Do I Improve and Maintain My Sublative RF Results?
We recommend maintenance treatments periodically, following the complete treatment regimen. Like all non-surgical or surgical techniques, results will last longer if you follow a good skin care regime.

Does The Treatment Hurt?
A topical numbing cream is applied 45-60 minutes prior to beginning the treatment to minimize discomfort during the treatment. During the treatment, clients may notice a warm, tingling sensation, this is from the energy being absorbed in the skin. Overall, the Sublative RF is very tolerable.

How Will I Feel After The Treatment?
It is normal for the skin to feel warm and sensitive. It is best to apply Aquaphor as needed and avoid make-up and harsh skin care products for 48 hours.

What Are The Advantages of Sublative RF Compared To Other Treatments?
Traditional ablative resurfacing techniques result in a long recovery time period. Sublative RF technology creates a skin injury which is maximized in the area of Sublative RF spots. This gives the skin an accelerated healing process with less recovery time then the traditional CO2 laser resurfacing.

Who Cannot Have Sublative RF Treatments?
Our office does not treat individuals who have been taking Accutane in the past 6 months. A test spot may need to be performed for individuals who have been taking oral medications which cause sun sensitivity or thinning of the blood. We cannot treat individuals with Lupus, MS, pace makers, skin cancer, women who are pregnant or breast feeding, and individuals with cardio vascular problems. We can not treat any area that has been treated with Fillers for 6 months after the injection.
